Mentoring Works Award



Horsesmouth and Yell are calling for entries about inspirational mentors for the Yell Mentoring Works Awards. Nominated mentors can be formal mentors or supportive colleagues, peers, family, or even helpful strangers, like those on the Horsesmouth site. One mentor will be chosen for the Yell Small Business Mentor of the Year Award and Horsesmouth will award the Editor's Prize and the M-Factor Prize, for mentors on the site.

Yell and Horsesmouth want to recognise some of the great business and enterprise activity happening on the Horsesmouth site. The Prize

The winner of the Yell Small Business Mentor of the Year Award will receive £1000. They will also be invited to a one-to-one 'mentoring breakfast' with a business hero of their choice from a range of fantastic and inspiring people.

The choice includes Dame Mary Perkins, founder of Specsavers, Sahar Hashemi, co-founder of Coffee Republic, Ben Way the Millennium Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and Brent Hoberman, founder of Lastminute.com.

 

Two runners up and the Horsesmouth Awards prize winners will also win a 'mentoring breakfast' with one of the business heroes.
