The three most important lessons I learned were 1. make sure you are "easy to do business with",
2. never give away for free something you genuinely believe your client should be paying for and 3. surprise and delight your clients by first managing and then exceeding their expectations.
Why mentor on horsesmouth?
When you get to my age, you realise how much wisdom you've acquired - however accidentally - and you have an urge to share it so that others can benefit. It might sound altruistic, but I think it's just human instinct.
