Very caring , Loving , Friendly
Hi! Ok, well here's the bit where I tell you a bit about myself!
I got involved with this simply because I care for people deeply. I grew up with domestic violence against me and my mother. My mother is still with her partner (my father biologically) who still abuses her, I went through the social services, police services, taking him to court after being convinced by police and then withdrawing witness statements out of fear etc so I understand what it's like! I also have a real understanding of abusive relationships and abusive family dynamics because of this! To me it felt like pure hell, and I needed comfort, real comfort, so did my mother, that's why I'm here - to offer comfort when anybody needs it most. Advice, love and comfort is what I'm here to offer to anybody who wants it.
I live in London, and am an actress. I love reading (especially Roald Dahl books, adult and childrens!), going out with friends, having fun, but I am also quite spiritual and have a fascination with crystals and nature.
I volunteer for NAPAC also (National Association for People Abused in Childhood) as I was sexually abused myself as a child. All the abuse from childhood (sexual, emotional, physical) seemed to have torn me apart and I coped with all sorts of different coping mechanisms, but I am now finally finding myself, feeling strong, and feeling I am here to help others from my own experiences, but most importantly offer comfort and relief where they can't find any elsewhere.
P.S I also love travelling! Different countries, cultures, languages etc! I really love that! I also love writing - I write comedy scenes, short stories, poetry, anything I feel like really. And I have a real obssession with perfume...I don't even know why! But it started at an early age, and now I am a bit of a perfume collecter without meaning to be lol!
I grew up with domestic violence myself, physical abuse, emotional abuse, being kept in severe isolation for weeks at a time. I would love to be able to listen to and help anybody dealing with domestic violence at the moment where it's a partner or other family member, or anyone who's out of those circumstances but is still dealing with the scars domestic violence leaves emotionally.
I am a very shy person deep down, anyone who's my friend or colleague wouldn't think so lol! But inside I am often completely fearful of the world, living my life, and want to isolate myself and withdraw from everything - this comes from living with violence. I suffer from Bipolar Disorder 1 and anxiety and in time have tried everything for it...from medicines, to different pschotherapies, different psychological approaches, self help, spirituality etc!! It's something I still live with, so it's definitely a subject I'd consider myself something of a personal expert on!
I was sexually abused as a child, I have since thrown myself into healing, trying to help others through my own experiences etc, but sometimes I still get very very down.
It left me with a lot of problems - self harm, alcohol and drug abuse etc, and very low self esteem. I felt like I was incapable of doing anything by myself, was pathetic, and wanted to disappear from the universe.
I joined hoursemouth quite simply because I want to comfort and care for people. I have been through it myself, I know what it's like, what it makes you feel, sometimes all you want is a bit of care to carry you through, someone to listen, a bit of love. I'm here because I want to give this to other people. I feel that's my life duty after having been through it myself.
Why not send out a general call for help to everyone

I have been mentoring on HM for 18 months. I really enjoy it & hopefully I am helping other people. Recently I posted my my first 'request for a mentor'. I have been completely bowled over by the response. So many people taking their time & making the effort to offer constructive advice in a friendly polite manner. For me it completely validates the intent behind HM. It reminds me how many good, helpful people there are out there. Thanks for providing such a great service.
