I am a qualified Life Coach with my own business in coaching & business consultancy. Setting myself up was important as I wanted my services to be accessible to a wider audience and to support as many people achieve what's important to them.

I am a qualified Life Coach (dip lc) allowing me to enhance my experiences over my personal and professional career. I have dealt with many situations and worked with people on confidence, decision making and professional advice on career moves.
I am NLP trained to diploma. My style of coaching is to help you to identify your options available to you and to encourage you to explore the possibilities that your chosen route gives you.

My research for life coaching has led me to horsesmouth.co.uk and It will allow me to offer my services to people who may need some advice and support. This give me the opportunity to help whilst im studying and in between creating my company. I am passionate about people development and support, lets face it, we all need someone to talk to and I have been fortunate to have had people around me to help when needed and I realise (for what ever reason) not everyone is that fortunate. Mentoring is a positive move to help anyone with moving on and making change for the better. If your on horses mouth then your one step closer to making a difference to your future.

well what a geat website! in all honestly, i basically typed in "agony aunts online" while on a down day just expecting some upbeat optimism on the computer, and came across this site. it is so much better than just reading a passage on a website, to actually talk to REAL people for honest advice and listening about particular subjects rather than a general overview.
