I grew up in Kidderminster where I trained as a nurse. Now I make corsets. I raised my four children in Peckham where we had chickens which we incubated in the kitchen. My kids are now teenagers and my eldest son is gay. I have been a single parent for 11 years but I get on well with my ex husband. In my forties I became infatuated with a younger woman and got a bit confused. I beleive I am bisexual. I co-ordinated a time bank for 3 years. I set up a community quilt project and am good at teach

I would like to share my experiences of raising my children to be communicative teenagers. I am generally seen as someone in whom one can confide and people have told me some very private stuff and others have sought my advice.
