4Talent is all about supporting people like you to build great futures in the media. People from different backgrounds and walks of life. People at different stages of their careers. People who want to be part of this evolving, multi-platform industry.
So, wherever you want to be in our industry, whether it’s a, Presenter, Producer/Director, Journalist, Lawyer or Marketing Manager, we have a diverse range of opportunities and professions involved to suit all your interests. We’re not just talking about the high profile on-screen jobs– there’s all the vital behind the scenes areas too – like production management, creative advertising and commercial business strategy, not to mention new media, advertising, press, marketing, commissioning, HR, finance and more.

4Talent has created a range of exciting initiatives and programmes for you to learn more about Channel 4 and the media industry. If you are starting out, there's our Work Experience Programme, Inspiration Week and our various Internship programmes.

4Talent Extra has a broad range of on-screen development programmes for experienced creative people who want to accelerate their career in the media industry.
We also offer events, sessions and networking opportunities for people from non-media backgrounds, people at all different stages of their careers, people who want to change careers and those who simply want to be part of this evolving multi-platform business.

well what a geat website! in all honestly, i basically typed in "agony aunts online" while on a down day just expecting some upbeat optimism on the computer, and came across this site. it is so much better than just reading a passage on a website, to actually talk to REAL people for honest advice and listening about particular subjects rather than a general overview.
