support , guidance , information
TheSite.org aims to be a place that all young people can turn to when they need support, advice or guidance. Whether you need information on relationships, drugs, mental health, study options or a whole range of other issues, TheSite.org tells it like it is. TheSite.org is owned and run by YouthNet (www.youthnet.org).
Our askTheSite service allows you to submit your questions to trained advisors from our expert charity partners. They address each question individually, providing answers within three working days. We're currently answering queries to do with work and study, general health, drink and drugs, housing, legal and rights, mental and emotional health, money, relationships, and sexual health.
At TheSite.org we’ve got a very active community section, with discussion boards, surveys, polls, diaries and vox pops, and more information about how you can get involved.
TheSite.org is all about providing young people with the information they need. You can search thousands of articles, offering trustworthy information and advice on everything from starting your own business to asking someone out. We are constantly working to keep our information up-to-date, with new articles added every week.
Whatever your issues or concerns, the internet is a great place to seek help. Websites like horsesmouth are a great way of connecting people and allowing them to help each other. We believe that the partnership between horsesmouth and TheSite.org will allow us to reach more young people, and provide them with the support and information they need.

Doubt will only hold you back from success..."
If you've lived, you've learned...and you've probably got a story to tell. Mentoring online is the perfect way to share your hard earned-wisdom with those who can benefit from your experiences and knowledge, all in a supportive, safe and secure online environment. It takes seconds to sign up and you never know who you might meet!
If you've tried using search and browsed the profiles on our site but can't find anyone who's quite right for you, send a request for a mentor to the whole community. You'll get some good responses and one or two may turn into mentoring relationships.
