hi, im a 26 year old female, i have been considering goin to my GP to seek help with counselling when i came across this site and hoped that maybe i could get some help here first. im not sure if this is the right route!
basically, i feel like i ahve to have a man all the time and when i get into a relationship, i get attatched far to quickly and always end up getting hurt, i have recently split with a guy who i had been with for only 6 months and so far i think this has to be the worst yet, and has made me realise it is time to seek some help with how to control my emotions, how to let go and how to hopefully learn to keep men at arms length and not get so close and needy!!
