My partner and I have developed an ''umami'' dressing (which can also be used to marinade meat/tofu etc). We have the final recipe/concept/a designer working on our labels and are about to distribute free samples (in small resealable pouches) POS through local independent retailers - asking for feedback through an online survey - as part of initial research. We are looking for someone with an indepth knowledge of the food developing and manufacturing industry to help us take the next step and advice on sourcing raw materials/food science/production/finance and general business nous. We r enrolled on business courses but would love some help from someone that knows their stuff. Thanks, Ali
