I work for a large organisation and have done for the past few years but no one knows that I am a lesbian. Over the last few years I have come to accept this part of me and my family have been very supportive but I dont know how to ''come out'' at work after all this time...I dont know how people will react and this worries me.

If you've tried using search and browsed the profiles on our site but can't find anyone who's quite right for you, send a request for a mentor to the whole community. You'll get some good responses and one or two may turn into mentoring relationships.
