I am struggling to control and monitor my drinking. I have just gone back to uni after the summer off and have been going out too often with friends and perhaps social drinking. Its only since moving back that I realised I miss going out as much as I have been. Any ideas on how to control social drinking whilst out with friends or maybe other things we could do which would interest them?
