I have a 29 month old son. He was diagnosed with high functioning Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder and ADHD. On top of all of that, he is allergic to everything and experiencing his "terrible twos".
Everything I read tells me a 2 year old can NOT have ADHD and most stories/articles want to dispute the diagnosis. Right now, I don''t care if he has it or not, but I need help in taking care of him. He does not have an attention span, at all. I can''t even read a book to him. He has no pain tolerance and is a "flight risk" - as told to us by his therapist. I need to get him to learn things. He can not at this point. It is NOT my parenting. My 14 yr old is a straight A student and well behaved.
"If anyone is having troubles at school, don''t hesitate to drop me a line! Bullying/exam worries/applying to college or university, I can offer advice :)..."
"When it comes to "what if" maybe you need to stop looking in your rear-view mirror, because you're going to miss the turning on the road ahead..."
