My younger brother''s getting married in Jan 2013. He told the family a week ago, although everyone was shocked, we are happy. We have started to deliver the news to close members of the family and I noticed I was shaking with nerves. I am having trouble sleeping as I feel stressed with the amount of work that needs to be done in preparation for this big Asian wedding. Everytime I think about it I feel anxious and I would like to know how I can attend family gatherings without shaking or getting myself worked up for no reason. I only have one brother and I would like to enjoy it, but at this rate I feel I am going to start to have panic attacks. Any suggestions on how I can overcome it?
