I recently graduated with a 2.1 Law degree and have done 2 years volunteering at Citizens Advice Bureau. I''m looking to progress my legal career but need experience in a legal environment. It seems as though vacation schemes etc are not open to graduates. Basically I''d like some real advice about what routes are suitable to gain experience. I have been considering foreign legal internships but am unsure how these would be viewed.
I finished university intending to gain skills in the real climate, before pursuing the LPC and I''ve recently secured a job in a bank. Any pearls of wisdom which can be shared in light of my situation be gratefully received. Many thanks.
