I live in a rented terrace house; there are 2 cats who live 2 doors away.Their owners had baby 7mths ago; about a month ago 1 of the cats desperately tried getting into my home. She seemed extremely thin, all skin n bones, so I started giving her milk, then a week ago she was curled up in the back yard all day hardly moving and she has been like this since. I bought her food which she gobbled up. I told her owner who collected her but in a couple of mins she was back.RSPCA won''t take her as her owner doesn''t see a problem but I can''t have her as am not allowed pets n she deserves a proper home not living in my back yard. Building wk will be done next wk so what will happen to her shes confus
