I am looking for some guidance from someone who has overcome an eating disorder. I''m 24 and have been struggling with food issues my entire life. Just when I think I have it in control and loose weight, I put it all back again within weeks. I like eating healthy and exercising, the problem is I eat too much because I have an emotional addiction to food. Whenever I feel stressed or bored or unhappy I can''t resist food. Even when I try and replace junk food with healthy food.. I''ll still binge on fruit for example and the massive caloric intake is making me put the weight back on. I want to be able to eat normally, eat when I''m hungry, and deal with my emotional eating habits. please help!
