I am looking for a mentor who is experienced in licensing ideas. I am an experienced business coach who has come up with the ultimate diary system to help business owners and senior managers get organised. I have been trialing it with my clients for a year with great results. Not sure whether to print it myself or go for the the potentially easier option of licensing the idea to a company who already prints such as Collins.
Any ideas, things to think about and advice will be most welcome! Thanks!
