Hello,
I purchased some items from a well known warehouse and started to sell them online. I was contacted by a Interlectual Property management company to say that they are counterfeit and I should return them for a refund.
I am annoyed that this warehouse is selling fake items, and that I have a damaged reputation because I will have to contact my customers to explain the issue and issue refunds.
Is there any course of action I can take against this warehouse to receive payment for damages to my reputation, loss of profit & time lost? Or am I best cutting my losses and not dealing with this warehouse again?
