I''m 33 and female. Single with no kids (and that is about the only part of my life plan that''s been realised!). My mum has mental health problems (bipolar disorder and now is also in the early stages of Alzeimer''s disease) and used to verbally, psychologically and physically abused me as a child, and up to the age of 26. I suffer from low self esteem and my confidence is non-existent. Now at 33, I ocassionaly get bouts of depression and feel that I''m not realising my full potential. Work wise, I was made redundant almost 2 years ago and have been unable to find meaningful work since. Please help as I''m missing a mum figure in my life, someone who I can confide in without judgement.
