Hello, I am looking for a mentor who can give support and advice on setting up a new social enterprise. It is a new business to me but in education and training which I have been involved in for 20+ years. The main difficulty seems to be finding funding but also earning a wage - how best to balance both areas? And of course as a social enterprise we need our business to make money so that we can reinvest it to meet our social objectives.
It would be great to talk to anyone who has experience of this.
