I am under a lot of pressure and a great deal of stress to decide what universities i want to apply to, and what courses i want to take in order to write a personal statement. I have no idea of what i want to do in terms of a degree or career, but i have been set work by my college regarding that this must be completed before September, and im running out of time. My nervous twitches and hair pulling worsen when i'm under a lot of stress. I am not getting any or much help or support from friends and family and i really need help becuase i havent got a clue what to do and no-one to point me in the right direction of what i should do next. Please does anyone have any advice.
